IN MALAYSIA AFTER A COUPLE IS MARRIED THEY MUST SIT ON A DAIS
FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. THEY ARE UNABLE TO SMILE, AND ARE TREATED LIKE
THE KING AND QUEEN FOR A DAY. THEY RECEIVE BOWLS OF RICE, DRIED
FLOWERS, AND PEOPLE THROW RICE AT THE COUPLE FOR GOOD LUCK.
