THERE IS A STREET IN DETROIT WHERE A LITTLE GIRL WAS KILLED AS SHE
CROSSED THE STREET. IN THE ACCIDENT, HER ARM WAS TORN OFF. IT IS
SAID THAT IF YOU GO ON THIS STREET AND PARK THE CAR AFTER 9:00 P.M.
THE HAND OF THE GIRL WILL KNOCK ON THE BACK BUMPER OF YOUR CAR.
