THE INFORMANT GIVES A VERY SIMPLISTIC EXPLANATION FOR THE BELIEF.
SINCE THE PURPOSE OF THE EYE IS VISION, HE EXPLAINS A
JUMPING EYE AS IN NEED OF VISION. HOWEVER, THE NEED IS SEEN
IN SOMEONE ELSE. SOMEONE WANTS TO SEE YOU.
