WHEN A DOG HOWLS DOWN FOR NO REASON, SOMEONE WILL DIE.

HOWLING DOWN MEANS THE DOG'S MUZZLE IS TURNED DOWNWARD. WHEN A DOG HOWLS UP FOR NO REASON, THERE WILL BE A FIRE.
HOWLING UP MEANS THE DOG'S MUZZLE IS TURNED UPWARDS.
