IT IS A POLISH CHRISTMAS CUSTOM TO WRITE KMB OVER THE DOORWAY IN YOUR
HOUSE UNTIL AFTER THE THREE KINGS' DAY. A SPECIAL CHALK WAS BLESSED
ON THE FEAST OF THE THREE KINGS AND THEN USED TO PRINT KMB AND THE
YEAR ABOVE EACH DOORWAY IN THE HOUSE.
