DISENTING PRACTICE
THIS INFORMANT SAID THAT HE HAD HEARD OF A RUSSIAN GROUP IN CANADA
THAT EVERYTIME IT PROTESTS SOMETHING, STRIPS OFF ALL THEIR
CLOTHES AND WALK AROUND, NUDE, CARRYING SIGNS.
