CUT THREE SMALL BUNCHES OF HAIR FROM THE CROWN OF THE HEAD OF A CHILD
THAT HAS NEVER SEEN HIS FATHER;
SEW THIS HAIR UP IN AN UNBLEACHED CLOTH
AND HANG IT AROUND THE CHILD'S NECK.
