PUT THEIR CHILDREN OUTSIDE IN WINTERTIME WITH ONLY A JACKET
PERHAPS, NEGROES HAVE COLD BLOOD BECAUSE THEIR MOTHERS KEEP
THEIR CHILDREN INSIDE DURING REALLY COLD WEATHER.
