MINKYSCHMEER
WHEN MILK WAS COLLECTED FROM THE MILKMAN, IT WAS
UNPASTEURIZED. THE FAMILY HAD TO BOIL IT AND THE
CREAM THAT ROSE TO THE TOP WAS COLLECTED AND SPREAD
ON BREAD. THIS WAS SWEET AND CONSIDERED A REAL
TREAT AND CALLED MINKYSCHMEER.
