NOODLE, MORE LIKE DUMPLINGS, ARE TO BE EATEN WITH IT. THIS SOUP IS
A SWEET-SOUR SOUP, SINCE THE BLOOD IS MIXED WITH VINEGAR, AS IT IS
DRAINED FROM THE DUCK.
