PUDDING AND BEEF
MIKE INFORMS ME THAT IT IS AN ENGLISH
CUSTOM (ALSO PRACTICED IN SOME AMERICAN RESTAURANTS) TO ALWAYS
HAVE YORKSHIRE PUDDING WITH ROAST BEEF, AS FAR AS HE
KNOWS, THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANCE TO THIS.
IF THERE ONCE WAS, IT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN. IT IS MERELY
TRADITIONAL.
