A tisket, a tasket, a green and yellow basket

I wrote a letter to my mother and on the way I dropped,

I dropped it, I dropper it, and on the way I dropper ;

I wrote a letter to my mother and on the way I dropped it.

(While this is being chanted, one person takes a hankerchief and circles around a ring formed by the others.  He drops the handkerchief behind one, and thn the person must circle the others, repeating the procedure.)
