ALONG CAME __(BOY'S NAME)__ AND KISSED HER ON THE NOSE,
HOW MANY KISSES DID SHE RECEIVE?
ONE, TWO, THREE . . .

AND SO ON UNTIL THE JUMPER MISSES.
