TREE SUPERSTITION

A "LONE TREE" THAT IS FOUND IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIELD WITHOUT ANY OTHER TREES AROUND IS CONSIDERED SACRED. NOBODY WOULD RISK CUTTING IT DOWN FOR FEAR OF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENING.
