THE SONG OF THE LORELEI {WATER NYMPH}

THERE IS A TALL, BEAUTIFUL CLIFF ON THE RHINE RIVER.

SOMEONE SINGING. SAILORS, LOOKING FOR THE SINGER,
WOULD CRASH INTO THE ROCKS.

Submitter comment: SAW THE CLIFF AND HEARD THE STORY WHILE ON A TOUR
OF EUROPE.

Where learned: MICHIGAN ; DETROIT ; EUROPE

Subject headings: PROSE NARRATIVE -- Ghost Spirit Phantom Specter

Date learned: 08-08-1964
