(SINCE THE CHILD'S BIRTH). IF THE CHILD UNTIES THE CORD,
IT WILL BE SMART AND QUICK TO CATCH ON IN LEARNING. IF
THE CHILD IS SLOW AND CAN'T UNTIE IT (THE CORD), IT WILL
BE SLOW AND AWKWARD.
