WHIRLPOOL

A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO A MAN WAS SHOOTING RAPIDS BELOW NIAGARA
FALLS WHEN HE GOT HUNG UP IN THE WHIRLPOOL IN DEVIL'S GORGE. HE
WAS IN A MOTOR BOAT BUT STILL WAS OVERCOME BY THE CURRENT AND WAS
CARRIED FREE FROM THE WHIRLPOOL.
