The two children holding the ends of the rope, sway the rope back and forth. The person, who is to juomp, stands alongside of the rope and then those holding the ends of the rope begin to sway it back and forth whie chanting. They then begin to twirl the rope and the juimper does another rhyme.

Two peopl swing the rope back and forth while someon is jumpin over it. Then on "Over" the end people start twrrling the rope and the person in the middle jumps til he misses.
