HOG KILLING

KILL YOUR HOGS IN THE COLD OF THE MOON. IF YOU DIDN'T, THE

Chittlin

After gut a hog, put pan bottom and rake intestines into pan. Go to creek, get in water, split intestines. After clean out boil in water (twice). Cut in pieces, roll in eggs beaten. Roll in mean and fry in bacon fat.
