Puerto Rican Bath

In Puerto Rico water is scarce. Showers and baths are usually
brief if one is able to take one at all. A Puerto Rican Bath
consists of not bathing in water but splashing a generous
amount of cologne or perfume all over to cover any odors.

This is basically a slur used on anyone that reeks of cologne
and perspiration.
