This project focuses on developing an AI‑supported assistant to help a freelance presentation designer and small creative services business manage daily operations more efficiently. Although the work itself is creative, the core challenges are operational. The client struggles with fragmented information spread across multiple platforms, repetitive administrative tasks, and the mental load of constantly deciding what to prioritize. Important details such as contracts, invoices, timelines, and communication threads are stored in different apps and emails, making it easy to overlook deadlines or lose track of project requirements.  These responsibilities create decision fatigue and reduce the time she can dedicate to actual design work.

The goal of this project is to outline an AI assistant that centralizes information, automates repetitive tasks, reduces cognitive load, and provides smart guidance on what to prioritize. By supporting tasks such as organizing client details, drafting emails, summarizing project requests, checking for design errors, and helping with scheduling and financial tracking, the assistant would allow the client to focus more on creative work and less on administrative burden. This solution aims to improve efficiency, reduce mental strain, and create a more streamlined operational system for freelance professionals.
