Logging in to Blackboard

Use your TitanConnect username and password to log in to Blackboard.

If your TitanConnect password isn't working

Confirm you don't have caps lock turned on and give it another go.

Still not working? Go to TitanConnect and try logging in there. TitanConnect requires you to reset your password every 90 days and having a password reset waiting can prevent you from logging into Blackboard. If you cannot log in to TitanConnect, follow the "forgot password" link and reset your password. Then you should be able to use your new password log in Blackboard.

Be careful! TitanConnect will lock your account after three failed login attempts.

If your account is locked, you'll need to contact the ITS Helpdesk for assistance (313-993-1500, helpdesk@udmercy.edu). The Instructional Design Studio cannot help with locked TitanConnect accounts.
