Stern portion salvaged and eventually joined to new forebody built September 9,1916 by Superior Ship Building Co., hull #524.  Scrapped in 1971 at Cartegena, Spain.  American Interlake Line jointly owned by Roy M. Wolvin and Canada Steamship Lines, dissolved following World War I.  Launched July 27, 1910.  Replaced in J&L fleet by Thomas Walters in 1911 which was identical to Moreland.  Orginally planned to rename the rebuilt vessel R. M. Wolvin but Mr. Wolvin declined.  Sold to British in 1962.
